To cope with the series of anxiety and panic attacks I had that night, I took a Xanax when I got home and then another Xanax and two melatonin at around 2am to be able to sleep. When I woke up for work, I could not get out of bed or drive due to the medication so I texted my supervisor that I would be out sick and would work that evening to get everything ready for the training. I slept until 2:30pm bc of the medication. During this time, our management team texted and called me 5+ times asking if I'd be able to do the training the next day and demanding a response ASAP. When I woke up, I started to panic again after seeing all the angry messages, called my dad and explained the situation. I ended up emailing them back that I had all the materials I needed ready for the training and that I would prefer to do it from home, as previously agreed upon. They emailed me again that I would respond confirming that i would work in office throughout the month as directed within 20 minutes or else the training would be cancelled outright.
