Gavin and I have managed the Lake Tekapo Holiday Park for almost four years now. We have enjoyed the challenge and the new renovations. Previously we managed a Holiday Park in Christchurch for 11 years. We love Lake Tekapo and the attractions around us like fishing, skiing, boating. Our two camp dogs also love it here and you will be greeted by them on arrival! We are in a sheltered basin in the Mackenzie district. To the left of us we have Tekapo Springs which offer's Hot Pools, Cold Pool, Tubing, Ice Skating, Cafe and Day Spa. We also have the access for the Mt John walkways right beside us. These lead you to the Observatory and Cafe at the top with spectacular 360 degree views of the region. Just below the camp is stunning Lake Tekapo which you can admire from your accommodation. Just a short 10 minute walk to the village or 20 minute walk to the famous Church of the Good Shepard. We are in a great location for you to explore and relax in.
