Wotif then sent me an email asking about check in & the room, i sent what i have typed above & got a quick response from Cam from Clubarham. Cam rang and asked if he could come over and inspect the room & he agreed we should have not been allocated an unrefurbished room & offered us the adjoining room. We accepted & Cam was very polite and apologised for the inconvenience. We packed our belongings and moved. And yes the adjoining room was refurbished 😁 but a few minor faults with this room also. The toilet seat was loose and couldn't be tightened & the hot water took an eternity to warm. Overall we were happy with the stay & the service we received but would we stay again??? No. …
