Getting to Phonsavan —> BOOK FLIGHT There is an airport in Phonsavan, Xiang Khouang Airport, but only one airline services the airport itself, Lao Airlines. This only flies to the city for times a week from Vientiane and a few other times during the week from Hanoi, Vietnam. You should plan accordingly for your trip making sure you are aware that there are limitations for getting in and out of the city. There is also bus service that helps to get into Phonsavan. Several different cities in Laos and Vietnam offer the ability to reach the city, but most trips take between 10 and 12 hours to get there. Again, tourists should be prepared for long stays and travel times.

If you love animals - this is the place for you. In the lodge you'll 2 adorable dogs and one rescued (extremely friendly) squirrel! At night, zebras, bush babies, warthogs and porcupines come to visit while you're having a delicious dinner. The owner is extremely nice and informative. Bushbaby River Lodge offers safaris to the neighbouring reserves and free private parking available on site. Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport is 18. 5 km from the property. It was quiet and peaceful. The grounds were very well kept and beautiful!! The Belgium Inn Guests at the lodge can enjoy a continental breakfast. Otters Den Ballooning is 18 km from The Belgium Inn, while Waterhole/Pan is 18 km away. The nearest airport is Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport, 8 km from the lodge.
