Families Limited fully-furnished and self-contained units may be available for small families at Kirkwood Flats. The new rental rates are applicable to tenants applying for a new lease. Income Tax Information The Platt's Lane Estates are property tax exempt, therefore, tenants are not eligible to claim the full amount of their rent as per CRA Guidelines. Tenants may claim an Ontario Energy and Property Tax Credit of $25 on Form ON-BEN. No receipt is required for this claim. Payment Options Rent must be paid monthly and is due on the first day of the month. Once your payment has been processed an e-mail confirmation will be sent to your UWO e-mail address.
